Design 12: Disney villain genderbend

Here's an issue I've noticed lately: Don't get me wrong, I love Disney Rule 63 as much as the next guy, but it seems that the villains in this type of art tend to look much younger and more attractive than they really would if only their sexes were changed. Is it a comfort zone thing? Are average-looking people just harder to draw? Regardless, it's time to put my foot down. Enjoy these sketches of genderswapped Ursula, Cruella, and Hades. Hopefully they've succeeded in properly avoiding the sexy.
